AVF LLC is a founder-led company connected to multiple growing businesses and projects, including Vorenza Rental Cars, Vorenza Auto Repair, Avid Auto Detailing, software projects, and personal brand/content initiatives.
I’m Arthur Fandunyan, a young entrepreneur building and running multiple companies, and I’m looking for a sharp, reliable, highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with me across my businesses, content, software systems, and day-to-day operations.
This role is not limited to one company or one type of task. I operate several businesses in the automotive space, including car rentals, auto detailing, auto repair, and related services, but I’m also actively building my personal brand, content, software systems, and new business opportunities. I need someone who can help keep things organized, move fast, follow through, and take tasks off my plate so I can stay focused on growth.
This is not a traditional sit-at-a-desk assistant role. Some days may involve admin work, scheduling, software organization, and follow-ups. Other days may involve local errands, helping organize paperwork, recording content, checking in at the shop, coordinating with team members, or helping bring structure to different projects. The right person is trustworthy, proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where every day may look a little different.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the founder on daily business, admin, and operational tasks
- Help manage scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and loose ends
- Assist across multiple businesses, projects, and personal brand initiatives
- Help organize documents, receipts, files, notes, tasks, and important information
- Assist with local errands such as supply runs, document drop-offs, post office trips, pickups, and other related tasks
- Help record simple behind-the-scenes content, business clips, and day-to-day moments when needed
- Assist with content ideas, organizing clips, tracking topics, and helping keep content moving
- Help organize and update software systems, task boards, spreadsheets, documents, and internal processes
- Communicate with team members, vendors, customers, partners, and contractors when needed
- Help keep workspaces, shop areas, and physical systems organized
- Track tasks and make sure important items are followed up on
- Provide clear updates on completed tasks, pending items, and anything that needs attention

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work locally around Derry, NH and surrounding areas
- Strong phone, computer, and communication skills
- Basic comfort with technology and software tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Comfortable with a flexible, fast-paced role
Schedule & Compensation:
This role will start part-time at approximately 15–25 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a larger long-term role over time.
Some work will be done in person, some will involve local errands, and some admin/project work may be done remotely.
