Glovia ERP Developer

Avery Products is looking for an experienced Glovia ERP Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing ERP solutions using the Glovia manufacturing ERP system. This role blends deep technical expertise with business process insight to support manufacturing, inventory and systems integration.

What you will be doing:

System Development & Customization

- Build and maintain custom modules within Glovia ERP

- Develop enhancements using SQL, PL/SQL, and PRO-IV SuperLayer

- Integrate Glovia with other enterprise systems (e.g., PIM, WMS)

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues

- Provide ongoing support for Glovia ERP users and IT teams

Process Optimization

- Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements

- Implement performance tuning and system upgrades

Project Leadership

- Lead technical aspects of Glovia implementation projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals

Documentation & Training

- Create technical documentation and user guides

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams

What you need to succeed:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

- 5 years of experience with ERP systems (Glovia ERP required)

- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes

- Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL management tools

- Proficiency with PRO-IV SuperLayer

- Experience with Oracle and SQL Server

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel

- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Hyperion or Crystal Reports

- Familiarity with development tools such as JIRA

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
