Our Client is seeking Project Coordinators for a 12-month assignment at their Northern California/San Francisco, CA facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of multitasking, project coordination, data management, project tracking, thorough documentation, and supporting the full cycle execution of various projects, along with having cGMP experience within manufacturing, construction, facilities, plants, biopharma, and/or engineering environments. SAP, SharePoint, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) experience required. The use and interpretation of Gantt software and MS Project or P6 preferred.
This role will provide project coordination support for projects, including planning, design, construction logistics, and full closure of projects. Additionally, this position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and successful execution of projects. Role will also review documents linked to projects, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), drawings, and training materials, while working closely with Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering specialists, Logistic teams, and Engineering Document Control (EDC) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
