Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Tableau Cloud dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making for cross-functional team leaders.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to derive actionable business insights, KPIs, and performance trends.
- Develop interactive, intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify data patterns, trends, and anomalies to support Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity, structure, and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, improve data quality, and enhance analytics capabilities.
- Build tools, processes, and automation mechanisms that optimize the data ecosystem and reduce manual workload across teams.
- Develop Tableau Cloud extensions and integrations using HTML, JavaScript, and Tableau APIs.
- Support data engineering workflows and ensure efficient data pipeline operations in partnership with engineering teams.
- Participate in global, cross-functional initiatives, contributing expertise and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and a positive, problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent adjacent field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in building dashboards in Tableau.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Tableau Cloud.
- Minimum 1 year of experience creating Tableau Cloud Extensions
- Strong working knowledge of HTML. Javascript and Tableau API’s.
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing modules
- 3 years of experience working with Marketing and Sales KPIs.
- Preference for a candidate with deep understanding of financial KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global, cross-functional environments.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong ownership mentality.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively resolving challenges.
