About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our manufacturing staffing team in the Greater Phoenix area. In this remote role, you will own candidate sourcing, manage candidate pipelines, and build strong relationships with internal team members, contractors, and clients. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, coordinating the interview process, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Job Duties:
· Collaborate with the hiring managers to better understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process
· Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
· Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and provide feedback to both parties
· Negotiate job offers, conduct reference checks, and facilitate compliance and onboarding as needed.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals
· Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements as they relate to recruitment and employment
· Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
· Responsible for attending internal and client meetings
·Support staffing surges and demands by maintaining flexibility to work overtime or outside standard hours as needed
· Must be able to meet or exceed individual as well as team goals
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required
· Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients quickly
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
· Understanding of the use of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. is preferred
· Experience with an ATS or CRM (like Target Recruit/Salesforce) is a bonus
