Principle Responsibilities And Position Purpose
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the complimentary breakfast area, ensuring a clean and a welcoming environment for all guests. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional guest experience each morning, by being friendly, reliable, and service-oriented
Main Duties And Responsibilities
FREQUENCY KEY: Rare- Up to 1 hour, Occasional- 1 to 3 hours, Frequent 3 to 6 hours, Constant- 6 to 8 hours

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
This position requires regular, reliable, and punctual attendance. A Breakfast Attendant is expected to usually keep a 5-day-a-week schedule but adjust as needed according to business needs; for example, a 6-day week may be required during peak business periods. Working evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Holidays and PTO are in accordance with the AH Non-Exempt Employee policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Typically, PTO will not be permitted during June 15 - September 15 and December 15 – January 5.

- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food and beverage items according to hotel standards.
- Monitor food and beverage levels throughout service and replenish as needed.
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including wiping tables, restocking utensils, and ensuring food safety standards.
- Monitor food temperatures and presentation to ensure quality and compliance with health regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Clean up breakfast area at the end of service, including sanitizing surfaces, disposing of trash, and storing items properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to management.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
