Key Responsibilities
- Provide the full spectrum of general dentistry, serving a high-volume patient base that is heavily focused on pediatric care (70% ) but also includes a significant adult population.
- Effectively manage patient flow for both operative (10-12 daily) and hygiene (20-25 daily) patients across multiple sites.
- Travel efficiently within the designated geographic area, ensuring continuity of high-quality patient care in all locations.
- Uphold and enforce all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs (e.g., OSHA and HIPAA).
- Promote a positive, patient-first atmosphere and actively participate in team collaboration activities.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
- Current or eligible unrestricted state dental license(s).
- Essential certifications required for practice (CPR, DEA, etc.).
- Nitrous Oxide certification, as required by law in the state of practice.
- Strong desire and compassion to serve a diverse patient population, including both children and adults.
