As a Hydraulic Field Service Specialist based in De Pere, WI, you’ll own the full service cycle—from installation to start-up—while representing a trusted team that has your back.What your day might look likeArrive on-site to complete hydraulic installations and commission systems after repairs or upgrades.Diagnose performance issues, troubleshoot mechanical problems, and get equipment back to peak operation.Perform oil sampling and analysis to keep systems healthy and prevent downtime.Fabricate, route, and fit tubing and hose assemblies with precision.Document every step: installations, maintenance, and repairs—clean records, clear results.Collaborate with teammates to refine processes and elevate service quality.Stay current on the latest tools and technology trends in fluid power and field service.Follow safety protocols and company policies without compromise.What you bringHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification preferred.Hands-on experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role; fluid power background preferred.Sharp mechanical troubleshooting skills and strong problem-solving instincts.Clear communication and easy rapport with customers and colleagues.Self-directed work style and solid time management.Valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel to client sites.Basic computer skills for notes, work orders, and reporting.ProficienciesMechanical troubleshootingHydraulics experienceIf you like solving real problems, meeting customers where they are, and seeing the immediate impact of your work, this role was built for you.
