Outside Sales Representative – Mobile Hydraulics & Fluid Power
Hiring a Technical Sales rep with experience in fluid power and motion control solutions. Customers include OEM equipment manufacturers as well as plants, mills, mines, and industrial facilities that keep the global economy moving.
You must be a motivated Sales Rep to develop new business and grow existing accounts within a defined territory, supporting customers with tailored hydraulic and mobile fluid power solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on prospecting and account growth
- Own the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, cold outreach, sales calls, and presentations
- Apply mobile hydraulic and fluid power expertise to help customers solve equipment and operational challenges
- Collaborate with customer service, engineering, and technical support teams to exceed customer expectations and sales goals
- Manage territory, pipeline, and activities using CRM, MS Outlook, and MS Excel
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Qualifications & Experience
- Two- or four-year technical degree preferred (engineering or fluid power programs a plus), or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
- Fluid Power certification is a plus
- 2 years of industrial sales experience selling off-highway mobile hydraulic or fluid power solutions, preferably to OEM customers
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic system application and troubleshooting strongly preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Proficient with computers and standard business software
- Valid driver’s license required
- Overnight travel may be required

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
