What You'll Do:
- Advocate for client, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatment
- Initiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needs
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout duration of treatment
- Provide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatment
- Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training etc. as necessary for client post -
discharge - Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support etc.)
What We're Looking For:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Min. 1-year experience in treatment industry preferred
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Warm, empathetic, respectable personality
