Client Care Coordinator | Avenues ABA | Lakewood NJ | Full-Time

What You Will Do:
• Coordinate care and services for clients and their families with professionalism and attention to detail
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling, communication, and ongoing follow-up
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and thorough client records and documentation
• Identify service gaps and implement timely adjustments to meet client needs
What We Are Looking For:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, home care, or a related field
