Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Broomfield, CO. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting issues. Day-to-day tasks include supervising maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining the overall condition of the property. The Maintenance Supervisor will also coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operation and address any maintenance-related concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage maintenance staff effectively.
- Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance: Experience in maintaining and conducting preventive maintenance on various equipment.
- Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting: Proficiency in performing maintenance and repairs, including identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in property management maintenance is a plus
- Successful completion of background screening and drug testing requirements
