- Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage sprint cycles for a team focused on developing technology solutions for a global real estate portfolio.
- Work to remove any impediments that hinder the development team's progress, helping to deliver cutting-edge solutions for tenants, residents, and stakeholders.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA and Monday to manage workflows and projects.
- Promote and support a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, ensuring the team is responsive to the dynamic real estate market.
- Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and best practices while building technology that enhances the "live, work, and play" experience.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Monday.
- New York or New Jersey-based - this is a Hybrid role (4x week) at the office in NYC
