Job Duties:
Assist in planning and leading individual and group activities
Organize and maintain activity supplies
Document resident participation and support Resident Council meetings
Coordinate evening/weekend events and community programs
Conduct room visits and personalized activities
Ensure safety and infection control during sessions
Collaborate with staff, families, and service providers
Qualifications:
Experience in activities programming or long-term care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and adaptable to various resident needs
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Able to move throughout the facility and interact with residents empathetically
