Job Summary:
Join our team as a Document Scanner and play a vital role in preserving history. At Neumo, we partner with local governments to ensure important documents are safely archived and accessible for future generations. Your work will help safeguard records that tell the story of our communities, making sure that vital information is never lost. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in an independent environment and can take pride in performing repetitive tasks with precision. The ideal candidate will be able to follow defined processes carefully, maintain a strong focus on detail, and consistently meet production goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- On-site document scanning, including but not limited to: moving and tracking originals to/from storage and scanning areas.
- Prepare documents by removing staples and other bindings.
- Use scanning equipment to image loose sheets and similar items.
- Inventory tracking and indexing of original documents.
- Duties may also include file lookups using an electronic document management system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School or equivalent.
- Scanning/digitizing of records experience is desirable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to take on new challenges.
- Must be reliable and responsible with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to use a computer and software like Excel, Word, MS Teams
- Learn Neumo internal production systems proficiently.
Work Environment:
- You will be working in our customer’s warehouse
- Always conduct yourself in a professional manner as you are representing Neumo.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office setting, at an individual work station, using telephone and computer.
Physical Demands:
- Lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copy machine.
- This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.
- The person in this position frequently communicates via telephone.

Salary : $16 - $18
