Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Plainview, NE
Shift: 1st shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30am-6 pm
Pay: $20/hour
Job Summary: Aventure Staffing is seeking a motivated and physically active General Laborer for seasonal harvest work, with the potential for long-term placement for the right candidate. This role focuses on essential ground operations and grain handling in a fast-paced agricultural setting.
Key Responsibilities
· Open hopper bottoms on grain trailers to discharge corn into the auger system safely and efficiently.
· Safely direct semi-truck traffic around the facility and unloading areas to maintain smooth site operations.
· Perform general maintenance, housekeeping, and cleanup of grounds and grain handling areas.
· Strictly adhere to all established safety procedures and maintain an orderly, clean workspace.
Requirements & Physical Demands
· Ability to work comfortably outdoors across varying weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, and dry).
· Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive physical labor throughout the shift.
· Ability to follow verbal safety directives and site traffic signals.
