$22.00/hr
Schedule: 7pm-7am M-F Shift times can be flexible - Full workdays, with the employee remaining onsite until the day's work is completed.
Aventure Staffing is seeking a reliable, hardworking temporary employee to operate a tractor and manure tank for hog manure pumping, hauling, and field application.
The employee will travel to various job sites, similar to commuting to a daily job, and remain at the assigned site throughout the workday until the day's work is completed.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tractor pulling a manure tank.
- Pump and transport hog manure from designated locations.
- Spread manure onto agricultural fields as directed.
- Drive equipment between job sites and maneuver safely around farm and field locations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or mechanical issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record preferred.
- Previous tractor or agricultural equipment operating experience preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work full days at assigned job sites.
