Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Representative at Aventura Hotel in Los Angeles, CA. The Front Desk Representative will handle daily tasks including greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries. Additional responsibilities include ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, maintaining a welcoming lobby environment, and providing outstanding customer service to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and general Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address guest needs professionally
- Experience in handling Reservations and coordinating booking systems
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive demeanor under pressure
- Familiarity with front desk or hospitality software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are advantageous
