Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently using our scheduling software.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is orderly and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly and accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or relevant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and appointment scheduling software.
