What You'll Be Doing

• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing, linens, and facility laundry.
• Sort laundry according to established procedures and infection control guidelines.
• Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect linens and clothing for cleanliness, damage, or needed repairs.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary laundry area.
• Ensure timely delivery of clean linens and personal items to residents.
• Follow all safety, infection prevention, and facility policies.
• Assist with additional housekeeping or laundry-related duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry, housekeeping, or healthcare environmental services experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry laundry throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate commercial laundry equipment.
