We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, you will play an essential role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately
- Maintain visitor logs and follow facility sign-in procedures
- Provide clerical support, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
- Distribute mail, packages, and messages as needed
- Support various departments with basic administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with all facility policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using phones, computers, and office equipment
- Professional and positive attitude
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus but not required
