- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist with process optimization initiatives and workflow improvements.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to support operational strategy.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational planning.
- Maintain project management tools and support client delivery systems.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Interest in consulting, operations, or business strategy.
