Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, timely, and well-structured analysis and documentation to support consulting projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met and workflows are aligned with client objectives
- Conduct targeted research, financial modeling, and market analysis as assigned by senior consultants
- Contribute to internal knowledge building, proposal development, and business development efforts
- Participate in select client meetings and calls, offering support on research, preparation, and documentation
- Respond to data requests and client inquiries within scope, escalating to senior staff when necessary
- Maintain organized records of research, communications, and deliverables to support continuity and accountability
- Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving, and a commitment to quality in all aspects of the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, financial services, or a business advisory role
- Strong understanding of standard tools, methodologies, and frameworks used in business analysis and client service delivery
- Ability to identify and apply the appropriate techniques and processes to meet client needs and project objectives
- Comfortable working independently on defined tasks while collaborating effectively within a team structure
- Demonstrates awareness of client business models and can draw connections across similar industries and market dynamics
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
