As a Business Development Manager, you'll lead expansion in the TX, OK, and LA regions - identifying new opportunities, opening new accounts, and helping partners thrive with Ultraceuticals and the Sylton Observ.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business: research, prospect, and onboard new partners in your region
- Build lasting relationships: partner with owners and teams to support growth through sales strategy, events, and education
- Collaborate across teams: work closely with Education, Marketing, and Leadership to align goals and ensure partner success
- Showcase Innovation: represent our brands at trade shows, demos, and events
- Stay organized and proactive: manage leads, pipelines, and reporting in our CRM system
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of successful sales or business development experience - ideally in skincare, beauty, or wellness
- Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping others succeed
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive national team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willing to travel up to 60% of your work week within your region
- Bonus - Cosmetology or Esthetics license or experience in spa operations
