The right candidate for our Video Content Creator position would:

• Bring a polished creative eye and technical mastery of both photo and video production, combining artistic direction with executional precision.
• Confidently manage the full content cycle — from concepting and pre-production to capture, editing, and delivery — while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and brand alignment.
• Be equally comfortable behind the lens and in client-facing environments, able to collaborate fluidly with high-profile individuals, brand teams, and production crews.
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings where organization, adaptability, and professionalism are essential.
• Communicate proactively, manage multiple deliverables with overlapping timelines, and consistently deliver on time, on brief, and on brand.
• Contribute creatively to content ideation and visual storytelling, translating campaign objectives into compelling short-form and long-form video concepts.
• Exhibit strong instincts for composition, lighting, and color, ensuring continuity and quality across diverse platforms and media formats.
• Approach each project with initiative and accountability — bringing forward solutions, elevating visuals, and embodying the brand’s standard of excellence in every detail.

Video Content Creator must be proficient in the following:

• Adobe Suite (primarily Premiere, Photoshop, and Lightroom).
• Knowledge and skill with a professional camera (i.e. Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic camera bodies) as well as mobile camera.
• Mobile editing apps, third party editing apps and native social media editing tools
• Timely editing including color correction and retouching.
• Product, portrait, event, candid photography/videography.
• Lyric videos *a plus but not required
• Ability to edit, organize and title video liners with fidelity
• Collect both photo and video behind the scenes content at photo/video shoots and on set
• Plan out professional shoots for public figures and brands including theme, concept, location, schedule, shot list, props, timeline, budget and delivery schedule.
• Ability to create shot lists for third party subcontractors
• Produce 2-6 hour content shoots focused on short form video capture
• Confidently deliver final product timely and to client's expectations and company standards
• Branding continuity across a variety of projects through photo, video and design.
• The ability to communicate and interact face to face with public figure and high net worth clients, management companies, talent representatives, publicists, board members, and company founders in meeting and photo/video shoot settings
• Participate in social media content Ideation and have the ability to mood board those ideas with descriptions
