Overview
We have an immediate position for a part-time, experienced Digital Media Buyer to join our team. Candidates should have a background building out campaign strategies and current non-linear funnels. In addition to native shopping campaigns, candidates should be well-versed in tracking conversions across multi-step, non-lineal behaviors, and third party POS end-points.

Rate: $1250/mo

Responsibilities
- Candidates should be fluent in all of the following platforms: Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Research and refine keyword lists (long-tail keywords and phrases),
- Research and refine audience and targeting.
- Review ad copy, site link extensions, and any other campaign assets.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns on paid social, paid search, display, and partnerships channels.
- QA campaign launches and ensures data is being properly fed into reporting tools
- Perform ongoing keyword research for keyword inclusion and exclusion.
- Continuous optimization of campaigns to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
- Update ad assets and monitor campaigns.
- Monitor campaign pacing and keep campaign reporting current.
- Client communication through approved channels (company provided email) with updates including campaign performance updates and results.
- Observe new platform trends and features.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 Years setting up and managing Google and Meta campaigns.
- Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and next steps.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – the partners we curate content from run on positive relationships, so you have a role in maintaining a positive image for Avanti.
- Understanding of social media metrics, conversion funnels, and the ability to link results with specific elements of a broader campaign.
- Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation.
- Work well under pressure, as some responsibilities may be time-sensitive and under tight deadlines.
