A Service Administrator is responsible for working within a collaborative team. A Service Administrator’s duties and responsibilities are intended to support the operations teams by administratively executing on the essential duties and responsibilities of the Service Administrator role.

This position has no current supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and works under fluorescent lighting. Noise levels are moderate.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Effectively manage service requests for all customers
- Accurately create warranty manuals for all assigned projects
- Perform assigned tasks to support our centralized service initiatives
- Perform administrative duties including creating specification books, and installer checklists, to assist Project Administrators, as needed
- Competency in Microsoft Suite
- Great attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administrative experience
- Previous restaurant industry experience
This position has no current supervisory responsibilities.
