Job Summary:
Process Technicians for Non-Woven material production line are responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Position requires data entry, machine monitoring, troubleshooting, quality control, and strong attention to detail.
Job Details:
- Day Shift - 7:00AM-7:00PM or Night Shift - 7:00PM-7:00AM
- Full-Time: Fixed 2-2-3 rotation
- Pay starting at $20-25/hour, depending on education and experience
- Holidays worked are paid double time

Job Description:
- Complete Operator Training, assist with updating Operator training and assist with training others
- Maintain a working knowledge of the sequential Control Logic that oversees the operation of the line
- Starting Up the machine
- Coordinating and performing housekeeping/rework functions
- Must have good knowledge of computers as job entails data entry reports
- Know quality standards and perform and document quality checks
- Perform routine maintenance procedures
- Perform required steps to complete size and product changeovers
- Perform proper procedure to safely clear jams in all equipment
- Cleanup work area and help others clean their areas if needed
- Perform other related duties as determined by management
- Must continuously follow all safety policies and procedures on the job
- Plastics production line multistory machine
- Job requires climbing stairs, machine readings, machine maintenance
- Occasionally there may be lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree or equivalent required
- Associates or degree/certificate from Technical Institution or Trade School preferred
- Requires at least 5 years of machine operator experience
- Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations
- Must be able to work every other weekend and holidays, when scheduled
- Must be able to stand for 12 hours, do frequent walking, climb stairs throughout the shift, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a hot environment and handle exposure to high temperatures
- Must be willing to submit to drug screen & background check upon hire
