Now Hiring: Entry-Level Baler / Loader
Manufacturing Facility
We are seeking a dependable, entry-level Baler/Loader to join our manufacturing team. Forklift experience is a plus, and there is potential for growth and promotional opportunities!
Job Duties
- Perform physical work including bending, lifting, and baling scrap material
- Unload bags of material using a resin unloading machine
- Operate a baling machine to process materials
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Remove trash and recyclable materials
- Cut pallets as needed
- Assist with general facility maintenance
- Perform snow removal when required
- Other duties as assign
- No computer knowledge required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to bend, lift, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Position Details
- Starting pay: $13.00/hour plus bonuses
- Flexible work schedule: 8–9 hour shifts
- 2nd shift available: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
- Occasional weekend work may be required
