AvantGarde, LLC (AG) seeks to engage a Human Capital Analyst supports Consultants in the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic human capital programs and processes and may be involved in one or more of the following: organizational assessments, workforce and workload assessments, competency assessments, talent acquisition strategy and management, communications planning and change management, and succession planning.
THE WORK
- Support team members in a variety of human capital and organization development tasks to include organizational assessments, workforce and workload assessments, competency assessments, talent acquisition strategy and management, and communications planning and change management.
- Participate in evaluations and assessments designed to identify and define issues, review and analyze data, and evaluate/document best practices.
- Schedule and prepare for interviews and focus groups with employees and managers associated with organizational assessments as needed; develop protocol instruments and capture results.
- Assist the Project Manager by contributing to the development of project plans, gathering background documentation, and interacting with agency employees and managers.
- Contribute to the team’s project efforts in areas including leadership development, organization assessment, strategy development, team effectiveness, training design and delivery, change management, project management, and/or business process optimization.
- Identify and determine the appropriate data to be analyzed to support the objectives of a project; conduct quantitative and/or qualitative analysis and interpretation for the project team.
- Support project team members in creating reporting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to monitor, analyze progress, and effectively deliver assessment and results to organizational leaders.
- Research and report on human capital best practices benchmark studies.
- Support project team members in drafting report chapters; incorporate feedback from the project team and the client.
- Conduct quality assurance review for all final draft documents for grammar and completeness.
- Develop report and presentation templates and prepare presentation materials; develop presentation content with senior consultant and/or project manager guidance.
- Upload and store all project work in the appropriate project SharePoint file.
