What we are looking for:
- Must Have Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Must Have Excellent Organizational and Telephone Skills
- Demonstrates The Ability to Communicate and Work Effectively with Others
- Demonstrates Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Basic Word, Excel and Internet Skills
- Capable of Reading, Interpreting and Writing English
- Positive Attitude Towards the Elderly
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A)
Education/Experience:
- High School Graduate
- At least one year’s experience in a customer service environment
Background Screening Requirement:
This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
