Location: Suwanee, GA • Schedule: Full-Time (9am - 5pm)

We’re a growing, service-focused office seeking a dependable and friendly Office Receptionist/Assistant to greet visitors, answer phones, support scheduling and paperwork, and keep the front desk organized. This role is perfect for someone who is professional, organized, and enjoys helping people.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, caregivers, and visitors
- Answer and route calls / messages
- Assist with paperwork, filing, scanning, and data entry
- Support office and scheduling staff as needed
- May be needed to run errands from time to time.
- Be flexible in the job role.
Qualifications
- Administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software
