Avanciers are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Management Analyst to support material and vendor master data operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate master data, managing product and pricing updates, resolving duplication issues, and collaborating with sourcing and cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency across ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain material master records in SAP
- Validate product requests and quotations for accuracy
- Manage product categorization, part number updates, OEM code changes, and material description modifications
- Identify and resolve duplicate or inconsistent master data issues
- Review pricing expiration reports (10/30/90) and coordinate updates with sourcing teams
- Ensure consistency of master and vendor data across upstream and downstream systems
- Support ERP and sourcing integration improvements through process enhancement recommendations
- Maintain contract compliance dashboards and support mailbox management
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Master Data Management
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of sourcing processes, procurement categories, and contract lifecycle management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecom industry
