- Technical Requirements Management: Lead the refinement, analysis, and comprehensive documentation of technical requirements for all Payment RAILs.
- Agile Delivery & Scrum Mastery: Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure smooth sprint execution and team velocity.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize knowledge of JSON, YAML, and structured documentation practices to translate complex workflows into clear technical specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business objectives and technical teams, ensuring alignment on product backlog prioritization and delivery goals.
