- The client is seeking a highly experienced IBM Sterling OMS Sr. Technical Lead with 15 years of IT experience to act as a technical anchor for large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- In this senior leadership role, you will own the end-to-end design, development, and execution of scalable, cloud-native OMS solutions, incorporating modern containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and AI-enabled sourcing strategies.
- You will lead hands-on customization of APIs, agents, and event-driven integrations with ERP, WMS, and eCommerce platforms while rigorously enforcing engineering excellence and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- As a vital bridge between architecture and engineering, you will mentor distributed development teams, drive DevOps alignment, and actively engage with client stakeholders to articulate platform capabilities.
