Job Description
Administrative Assistant to support the Payroll team with investigating payroll variances/errors, coordinating with tax jurisdictions for account registrations, creating POAs, performing company-level updates in Workday, and using ADP Smart Compliance to track open items and research errors.
Required Skills
- Associate's degree preferred; 5 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
- 1 year of Workday experience
- Strong Excel skills — Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
