Job Description
We are looking a Manager - Client Services for our Consumer Practice. In this role, you will be responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account focus. You will work together with senior leaders to build an account plan and be responsible for client management. Typically, this role handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of $20MM to $40MM.
Role Description
- Client relationship management and business development: Manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $20M–$40M, and own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect – Evaluate – Propose – Close.
- Client delivery assurance: Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client.
- Account planning and governance: Create the account plan, including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, pricing decisions, and overall account strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 11 years of experience with strong sales, relationship management, and account management experience.
- Significant business development experience.
- Experience in the relevant industry/vertical; consumer products and retail account experience is required.
- Proven track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation, leading proposal presentations, and negotiations for new opportunities.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
