Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and deliver security-focused initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk management standards.
The ideal candidate is a strong project leader with cybersecurity awareness, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering complex security programs on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects and programs
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate with security, IT, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment
- Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS) as applicable
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Facilitate security governance meetings and steering committees
- Support implementation of security tools, controls, and infrastructure improvements
- Ensure documentation of requirements, design decisions, and project artifacts
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and cybersecurity processes
