Job Title: Moderator (Field Role)
Location: New York(Manhattan area), Las Vegas, NV, Seattle, WA
Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Moderators. This is a field-based role that involves visiting customer locations to document and capture task-related activities through photos and videos. Candidates will receive proper training to perform the required tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned customer locations/residences as per schedule
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of tasks/services performed
- Ensure all documentation meets defined quality and compliance standards
- Interact professionally with customers during visits
- Follow guidelines and protocols provided during training
- Submit captured data in a timely and accurate manner
Candidate Requirements:
- Background in Hospitality, Customer Service, Management, or similar fields (e.g., waiter, front desk, guest services, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction
- Basic understanding of using smartphones/cameras for capturing media
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
Work Schedule & Availability:
- Candidates must be flexible to work beyond standard business hours
- Availability during evenings, after office hours, and weekends is mandatory based on assignment schedules
Travel Requirements:
- This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel
- Candidates must own a personal vehicle
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy
