What you'll handle:
- Premises liability (slip and fall), negligent security, wrongful death, dog bite and animal attack cases, among others
- Your own litigation docket from pleadings through trial
- Discovery, motions, and expert work (conferences, reports, affidavits)
- Depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial
- Guiding clients through every stage of their case
What you'll need:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar membership in good standing
- Experience managing a high-volume litigation docket
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
- A self-starter mindset with long-term career goals
