Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for toddler aged children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and communicate with parents or guardians regularly.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Montessori setting is required.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children.
- Ability to provide basic first aid, if needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
