Duties:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for toddler aged children.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and communicate with parents or guardians regularly.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Experience:

• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children.
• Ability to provide basic first aid, if needed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
