**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase admissions and referral sources.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, therapists, and community partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the treatment center’s mission and goals.
- Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and networking events to promote the center’s programs and services.
- Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth referral and intake processes.
- Track outreach activities, referral data, and conversion metrics to measure performance and ROI.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of substance abuse treatment trends, insurance requirements, and competitor offerings.
- Represent the organization professionally at community events, conferences, and meetings.
- Prepare and present regular reports on growth strategies, partnership development, and market analysis.
- Support marketing efforts, including digital campaigns, materials, and community engagement initiatives.
- Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards in all business development activities.
**Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant certification in addiction counseling or recovery coaching is a plus. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare or addiction treatment setting. - Strong understanding of substance use disorders, recovery processes, and available community resources. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in electronic health record (Kipu) systems.
