- Previous Director of Nursing and/or Nurse Consulting experience for a Skilled Nursing Facility is required.
- Understanding of CMS regulations and experience with the survey process.
- A current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Washington.
- Ability to travel to assignments.
- Ongoing pursuit of Continuing Education Credits in clinical subjects, management, personal growth and development.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of infection control principles and practices.
- Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, and policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents and family members.
- Basic understanding of computer technology.
