Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Representative at Avalon Chauffeured Services. As a Sales Representative, your day-to-day tasks will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their transportation needs, and recommending appropriate car services. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. While this role is primarily based in Van Nuys, CA or our of our North Jersey office (contingent on where applicant is based), some remote work is acceptable.

- Responsible for high level of outbound and proactive calls to source new business opportunities.
- Prospecting for new customers and follow up with sales leads.
- Handling the administrative aspects of all sales.
- Responds to requests from customers, prepare mailing, promotions, product samples and related collateral marketing materials.
- Maintains strong knowledge & up to date of all pricing and competitive sales offers
- Provides critical market feedback to the COO.
- Contacts current and prospective customer to generate new business using qualified leads and marketing tools.
- Builds strong customer relationships while answering questions, resolving problems and corresponding courteously with customers & clients.
- Maintain record of calls through computerized system.
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Hands-on experience in developing client accounts, negotiate rates and set logistic goals.
- Provide and support and assistance to the sales department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Experience in the sales capacity within Entertainment/Production, Limo or Charter Bus industry.
- Ability to expand sales capacity that maintains and provides ongoing support to existing & new clientele.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting including communicating with ease and confidence to a diverse group of people.
- Highly driven capacity to gain valuable exposure within the Transportation industry.
