We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all set-up and operational functions of CNC mill turn machines, fabrication of medical instruments and implants, deburring of parts, and inspection of parts using various tools and equipment.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all set-up and operational functions of CNC mill turn machines, fabrication of medical instruments and implants, deburring of parts, and inspection of parts using various tools and equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate various CNC mill turn machines independently
- Perform machine setup activities
- Independently perform daily machine preventative maintenance
- Process required documentation (job traveler, I.P. sheets etc.)
- Facilitate use of First Piece Log
- Conduct tool changes
- Conduct change-overs and tool size changes
- Set tooling on all machine types within assigned zone
- 2 years of relevant experience operating a CNC machine
- Advanced print reading knowledge
- Advanced GD&T knowledge
- Experience performing CNC setups
- Able to work as a team
