Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations including onboarding, employee status changes, and file maintenance
- Assist employees and supervisors with timekeeping, payroll questions, and policy guidance
- Help administer benefits, support open enrollment, and track leaves (FMLA/CFRA)
- Handle employee relations matters including attendance, complaints, and documentation
- Partner closely with Production and Operations leadership on workforce needs
- Support compliance efforts, safety coordination, and HR initiatives
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical, scalable improvements
Requirements:
- 3 years of HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or a production environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting hourly employees and collaborating with Operations teams
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Familiarity with payroll, timekeeping systems, and California labor laws
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working within structured environments
