Digital Product Specialist - Corporate | Full-Time

The Digital Product Specialist is responsible for assisting in the ongoing operations and project management of Avadian's digital banking applications including but not limited to: Online/Mobile Banking platform, ITMs, and other support features within the digital services. The Digital Product Specialist will leverage an informed understanding of member needs in order to assist in managing Avadian's digital services.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Product Management:
  • Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital products (websites, apps, platforms, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Define product requirements and collaborate with development teams to ensure features are delivered according to specifications.
  • Assist in the creation of product roadmaps and timelines.
• Customer Experience & User Interface (UI) Optimization:
  • Monitor the performance of digital products and ensure they are optimized for user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, surveys, and analytics data to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design teams to enhance the user experience (UX) and make data-driven recommendations for UI improvements.
• Product Launch and Testing:
  • Plan and support product launches, ensuring all marketing, operational, and support teams are aligned.
  • Conduct user testing and quality assurance to ensure that products meet performance, functionality, and design standards.
  • Track product performance post-launch and make necessary adjustments to improve user engagement and achieve KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate product updates, feature releases, and enhancements to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze key product metrics (user engagement, retention rates, conversion rates, etc.) and provide regular reports on product performance.
  • Use data insights to inform product decisions and improve overall performance.
• Product Documentation and Training:
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for digital product features, including user guides and technical specifications.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams (sales, customer support) on product features and functionalities.
• Occasional travel to all Avadian offices and branches will be required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

Basic Requirements:

• Must have a strong understanding of product management tools and processes.
• Must have familiarity with digital product analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Experience: At least one year of similar or related experience, preferably at a financial institution or digital banking provider. Symitar Episys experience is a plus. Experience in A/B testing, product optimization, and customer feedback analysis is a plus. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices is a plus.

Education: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
