Job Title: HR Specialist/Manager
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP, Kronos , HR compliance, and preparing employee offer letters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare, review, and distribute offer letters and other employment documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy in ADP.
- Administer timekeeping and attendance using Kronos.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies.
- Support new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Assist with employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Support audits and HR reporting as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Human Resources experience.
- Hands-on experience with ADP HRIS/payroll systems.
- Experience using Kronos for time and attendance.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Experience preparing and managing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
