We are seeking an experienced Invoice Audit & Compliance Specialist with a strong background in invoice review, auditing, research, and accounts payable support. Key Responsibilities:
- Review, audit, and analyze legal/vendor invoices for billing compliance and accuracy
- Identify discrepancies, coding issues, and policy exceptions
- Research invoice-related concerns and document findings
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external billing contacts for issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to invoicing guidelines and internal financial processes
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting activities
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of professional experience in auditing, invoice management, accounts payable, or financial operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with AP or invoice management systems
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively
Preferred:
- Experience using AI-enabled tools or GenAI technologies for audit/review processes
- Background in legal invoice auditing or compliance review environments
